Bill’s work with the Mastery Foundation and previous est training with Werner Erhard in the late ‘70’s developed into his own Church Board Seminars designed specifically to assist church boards of directors to know where they are, what they are about, and who they are in the matter of their lives as individual board members, and as team players. His Church Board Seminars have been extremely successful in turning around struggling churches and setting them firmly on a path of intentional ministry, sustained giving, and purposeful stewardship in all areas of church administration. Most notable are the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation, Bloomingdale, Illinois and Zion Episcopal Church, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
